Partners and Funding

THE IBEW 353 PATHWAY PROGRAM is for women, and anyone identifying as a woman, two spirit, nonbinary or other non-cis gendered person with a welcoming focus on Indigenous, racialized, and newcomer workers seeking a career leading towards and IBEW 353 Electrical Apprenticeship.

This project, located in Oshawa Ontario, is made possible by a Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development of Ontario through a Skills Development Fund (SDF) from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.

The IBEW 353 and Electricity Human Resources Canada have generously provided additional funding.
